We understand that there may be circumstances where a product needs to be returned. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 10 days of the original order date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused.
- Be in resalable condition.
- Include all parts, components and accessories originally supplied with the product.
- Be in its original, sealed packaging.
Products that have been used, opened, damaged, altered, assembled, installed or are otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to the approval and discretion of Cadillac Concrete Products. Cadillac Concrete Products reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Return Authorization
Customers must contact Cadillac Concrete Products before returning any product to request a Return Authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning a product to Cadillac Concrete Products.
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cadillac Concrete Products is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged while in transit.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued less the 25% restocking fee, where applicable, and any non-refundable shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Cadillac Concrete Products reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
